Triple Kill
Decided to meet with the usual people after being bored cooped up at home. Since I had arrived early, I wandered around PS like a lost bird before being informed that the dinner was to be at The Cathay. Hence, I breathed in more smoke as I made my way there.
By the time I had reached there, there were hungry Singaporeans queuing up with Ivan at the basement Japanese eatery. 99c for all sushi seemed to irresistible to hungry stomachs. Eddie joined us after collecting his books at Peace Centre.
Finally entered the eatery; ate 5 plates in the end while the rest ate more. After a while, all sushi tasted similar; had enough of japanese rice.
Observed many 7/10 walking around, enjoying their Friday freedom as the wolf walked around. Walked to PS and back to tau huey stall while deciding on desserts. Ivan, the ice-cream man, departed from the three of us early as rain water is hazardous to him.
After he left, the 3 of us braved the slight drizzle to fill our stomachs. Queued up for the usual. In her hurry of getting me a $2 change, the auntie gave me back $7. Not bad. Paid $2 to eat $3 worth of soya bean. Happily, we went back to savour the taste of free-dom. Decided to try the same trick one more time, but unfortunately, there was sufficient change around, and the vicinity was less crowded. Nonetheless, we drank 3 more cups of soya bean drink. 10c for $5.10 worth of soya bean products is a great supper to end the day.
Like what Eddie said, I managed to continue my streak; she was really online, even after I bathed, brushed, flossed, gargled. Happily chatted with her for a few hours before exhaustion took over...
