5 weeks

At long last, I get to go home early from this week onwards, after a gruelling week of sleeping at 4 a.m. Now the limiters have been lifted, I can go into "Bankai"---full steam revision at home. Just nice, one week for each.

AO recently achieved the pinnacle. O.O. I guess each to his different path. Just like the Knight and the Blade.

Recently went to Absolut Haven (which is, coincidentally, near Paradiz Centre!) for a Good Friday dinner with some brethren and sisters. Ate a medium Ribeye steak. The meat is .....so tender. Just that I do not like peas in a pod. Other than that, it was perfect...though perfection comes at a price.

Was pleasantly delighted when my beloved crashed my tutorial! Woot. Hard to concentrate on renal physiology when she's the centre of attraction (to me that is).

If there is one wish, it would be for the Sun to stand still, and its sunlight be reflected off my armour for the world to see---that I can be a testamony to the darkness around....

Strawberry and Ice-cream

Finally managed to finish my Biochem tutorial. Enjoying my cup of strawberry HL milk as I am typing. It's a glimpse of heaven on earth. Before that, I had Haagen Daaz chocolate almond ice cream stick as dessert, kindly redeemed by my mother.

I really admire MM Lee; at least he got guts to admit that it's a serious breach in security caused by complacency. A rose is a rose, no point saying that "it helps to bond the communities together." Yah right, it does..but let's pray that the guy has not escaped.

Forgot to mention that they change the MRT voice lady. Last time, it would startle any person brave enough to test the system with a stern warning "Do not eat or drink in the train station!" Now, the new voice sounds so feminine and gentle, that all intended effect is lost. -.-''

Cathay Cineplex is under construction just next to Downtown East. Lol. Next time I would have no problem watching late night movies...just a walk away from my house :D. Really a self-contained area.

Just got back my physio CA. I feel...extremely happy. :D Haven't seen 100% percentile in a long time, since P6. Danke to Yeshua, and of course the many MSN evenings discussing with Thng.

It's nice to stop in an oasis once in a while. Now, it's time to move through the desert to find another one....

Embrace Change!

Which happens to be the main theme of Barack Obama's campaign. Went to a hairstylist at Far East Shopping Complex at a reasonable rate of $35 to get a hedgehog hairstyle.

Changed my recent passwords to reflect a change ...in taste. Somehow, the apple of my eye seems to be more beautiful everyday. I wonder why no one has made a move. Hmm, her birthday has just passed, though this time I did not do anything (like, stupidly give a rose..). It is kinda belated by now.

Went to the Arrow Ministry for the first time, after a long time from the now-obselete Campus ministry. With so many people prompting me (two sisters, one classmate), I decided to give it a try. Enough searching in the desert...time to find the oasis to water my parched mouth.

Some Mat by the name of Mas Selamat (I kid u not) apparently escaped from the 5-buddha palm like clutches of the police. Now, everyone from grassroot leaders to unlucky NSFs is mobilised to comb the areas for him. Geez...as you can see, it's always more cost effective to prevent than to remedy the problem, just like any STDs.

The questions that people want answered: How the *#@$ does a limping man escape from a toilet without anyone noticing? And why the !@#$ does the security personnel that are with him not give chase?! Man, this feels like one of the few CS maps in the past (the main objective is to escape from Counterterrorism forces...you are the terrorist -.-)

It will be problematic if he has already escaped to Indonesia...which means that Singapore has failed...and heads will probably roll. As usual, SG ppl make light-hearted jokes about it, like some calling it "Toilet break, prison break II" and greeting each other with Selamats! Lol.

If every Mat was like Ashraf and Hanis, the world will be a much better and peaceful and prosperous place. Seriously. All these terrorism are mainly politically inspired rather than along religious lines. Sigh. The middle-east crisis between Israel and Palestine will like go on for eternity, sadly.
