Doggie Year
Just came back from guard duty yesterday. As usual, my beloved RSM has put me on guard duty before and right after CNY, possibly instilling patriotism in me.
Did my rounds as usual. This time, however, I was accompanied by a wild dog, which was apparently quite tame. It would follow my buddy and I when we were making our rounds, lying down on the floor when we stopped for a rest and trotting along when we were on a (slow) move. Enthusiastically, it would wag its tail and follow us all 4km of the camp. Quite an amusing sight to see a dog quickly shuffling its four legs leading men. Shall be looking forward to see the guard duty dog the next time we meet, after the Chinese doggie year. Must be due to the "karma"(ya right) that I accumulated when I fed it chicken bones during lunch and dinner.
Now I can understand a little why people oppose vehemently to WTO. Initially thought they were bo liao, but now I realise that I can empathise with their actions. More on CEOs, corporations and shares in the next article (and the so-called evils of capitalism).
