Final Hurdle
Thanks to the grace of the Lord, I amazingly managed to kill 4 giants last week----parking, height estimation, lashing (some sort like using ropes to tie down a crate), and my dreaded HSP test on my 3rd attempt(advanced theory in civilian world).
My driving assessment, however, (as usual)was not a pleasant experience. I broke the record by scoring 4 major faults and 28 demerit points. (which is waaay above the passing grade of no major fault and 11 pts!) I think I have made every single possible mistake a driver can make; you name it, I've done it. List includes: mounting kerb, fail to cancel signal, crash poles, stop on yellow box, cause a traffic jam etc...
My instructor agreed to let the tester kill me. Whatever. I am contemplating whether to stay an additional 3 more weeks in that camp or just push my way to a pass. If I chose the latter, I will probably hit the expressway on Friday-Saturday, which is the only event that I looked forward to. All cars should be made auto. It makes driving less of a bitch.
