CNY

Sounds like the SNY item from DoTA (sange and yasha---pronunciation differs for different ppl). Anyway, this CNY would be different compared to previous years. For once, I would not be wearing red and no red packets would be issued; recently my grandmother passed away, and since she's a high ranking member (like what my older sis called her), hence we had to observe this tradition.

Think might be bringing my notes there---13 sheets and 25 pages in all :S. Kan lin liang! Since the interlude between lunch and dinner is quite long, I guess it can be done. The lecturer might as well place the whole book online for printing, at the rate the printings for each lecture go.

Some random stuffs that occured during the past weeks:
1) Protege and Warlords are up for running for the top HK awards. Some time last year, Wajihah, Ashraf, Nick, Zx and I went to watch this sobering show about a mole in a drug organisation. Quite gripping and thought provoking. Worth the money spent.

Meet the Spartans is about to be shown! Watched more snippets of it when I was at Cineleisure playing pool and eating some Jap food.

Apparently, the police cannot arrest you if you punch someone---as long as it does not cause grievous hurt! As they classify punching and slapping as part of minor altercations, they can only refer the victim to the magistrate's court. Reason given was that their workload would increase exponentially if they have to arrest every Tom , Dick and Harry involved (including raging couples). :S
