Seems that I have to make a choice. Some colleague of mine has decided to invite the whole (jing) gang of us to Fish and Co at Plaza Singapura, my favourite haunt in the past. Sadly it also falls on the same day as the class gathering.

Kept my nails long just for my mother to happily practise her skills on. Was making a conscious effort not to scratch my face or head too hard. Spent the past two days furiously finishing up on some work assignments. Finally, I am able to take a well-deserved break.
